for high blood pressure you need not eat fast foods(to much salt) exercise (walking) vita mines (magnesium citrate only 1 once a day, potium,alfalfa is a good one. For fibromyalgia cut WAY back on meat better if you can go with out , omega oils Flax Seed oil, evening premrose oil is another. For over weight we all know it is to excercise (walking) no fast foods,sweets have to go (yea bummer) walk walk walk this will help a great deal with depression also Vitamin Folic Acid especially if you are on birth control take it every day, you might want to include Kelp this will help keep you thyroid in check.
