My eye hurts I have an air pocket also I have an aneurysm near that right eye does anyone have ideas to tre?

my right eye has been hurting seen 1 month after i had an upper respiratory infection now my lower right side of eye hurts, and I went to see an optometrist who gave me an RX eye drops and told me to apply ice 3-4 times a day to area. I still have the problem 2 weeks later, I was told by Optometrist that I have an air pocket, I might need surgery? has anyone ever had this.I have a cerebral aneurysm in the same area , I'm concerned about this....
