Anyone have a delicious skillet pork chop recipe?

season those babies- then brown them in a skillet with hot oil. Remove them and then brown some onions in the pan with the drippings, add the can of cream of mushroom soup with a cup of water and some cooking sherry (if you have) add the chops back in and simmer for 15-20 min, serve with white or brown rice and veggies...yummy
