How do i covert a verizon phone to use with my cingular plan?

You can't. It will NOT work with Cingular. Verizon's phones and network are CDMA, which don't use sim cards. Cingular's phones and network are GSM, which require a sim card in order to work. They are two completely different technologies and are not compatible with each other.
