Is there anything that can be done? I live in a lower apt. and the tenants floor above me creaks like crazy?

It doesn't help that they are always walking around. I think they have a baby living with them so I can be understanding, but it's annoying as hell. I have to put headphones on or turn the t.v. up to drown it out. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!
