My computer has gone crazy!!!?

My computer is messed up!! I was on the internet - and all of a sudden a box titled symantec endpoint protection notifcation keeps popping every second along with an application box. I can't open anything else - and now it has opened a bunch of o site pages?? I have no idea what to do??? PLEASE HELP ME!!!
